Shortbread crust

1  1/2 c flour
1/3 ish cup sugar
1 egg yolk
sick of softened butter

mix. will be crumbly. press in pan. sprinkle with a bit of sugar and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Can add extracts for wxtra flavor.
