amish machine bread

1 c +2 T warm water
1/4 c sugar
1/4 c oil
1/2 tsp salt
2 3/4 c flour
1 tsp yeast

1.5 size loaf. light crust setting

  1. Let it cool,loosly covered with a paper towel until it is COMPLETELY cool. Then cut. To soft to cut while hot. Family favorite.
