crepes

1 1/2 c flour
1 T sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 c milk
2 T oil of some sort
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs

Beat well. Pour 1/4 cup into a heated,  greased 6 to 8 inch skillet. Rotate skillet until a film covers the bottom of the pan. Cook until lightly browned. Flip and cook other side.
