tzatziki sauce for gyro or lamb meat

1 16oz sour cream (slightly drained)
1 16 oz plain yogurt (drained through coffee filter over night)
1 or 2 english cucumbers (shreaded and squeezed completely dry)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 teaspoon dry mint
1 teaspoon dry dill
1 tablespoon vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
 
Combine. let set overnight or longer.

  1. Nasty by itself. Tastes good on the meatloaf. not really worth the work.
